Master Ernesto, Chef and Patissier, with Msr. Franca, Sommelier and the creative muse of their creation, work together from more than thirty years renewing the tradition of hight quality pastry and fine palate. An evolution touching even the cooking art, through the catering: an experience which enriched their professionalism with attention to detail and search for quality, leading to an outcome which in every case is always original and unique.
As for the typical and seasonal products, which you can find every year in the pastry shop: like the “S. Martin'sword”, our town saint patron cake, or the “frittelle” for the venecian carnival, or the little “pizzette” very well known by the youngest public.
Or again the evenings in our restaurant: a space reserved for few, where you can appreciate in harmony the classic kitchen of Master Ernesto combined with the modern touch of Chef Eva.
